School Year 2008-2009

Ezra Academy, founded in 1968, is a 7th through 12th grade junior and senior high school, which serves students with limited or no Judaic Studies background by offering them an entrance level program of Hebrew, Biblical Studies and Jewish Laws and Customs, while providing a New York State accredited program of Regents level secular courses. The school attracts students from all five boroughs of New York City, Long Island, and Westchester. The faculty consists of 28 teachers, 80% of whom have at least a Master's degree. We have a full time social worker, part time college counselor and a part time librarian.
